Slime?

Hi everyone!

I got my first fill on Thursday and have been trying to go back to food,

A couple of times I would get kinda phlemy and definitely spit out some grossness but no pain and no food,

I tried to search on slime but didn't come up with anything that really talked about it.

Is it just spitting up mucusy goo? So your body tell you Hey Now, No More Tuna! ?

I have that., it is exactly what you think it is...slime! You have just PB'd which can take on many forms.

Talk to the Dr about a decongestant, this helps me sometimes.

Otherwise, eat slower, chew better, and swallow less food at once! :)
