Wow great!! So ur 2 months post op? R u on the solid food stage yet? If so wat kinda food do u eat? Any recapie ideas? I do a lot of fish ..chkn.. turkey ! Was tryn to look for some new ideas... and also if udnt mind wat was ur starting weight and were r u at now ? Wat do u do for ur protien? Hope to hear from u soon! !
