Changed taste buds

I am 11 months post op and it amazes me how my taste buds have changed. The foods that I loved to eat taste so blah! I keep telling myself "you liked this?" It's a good thing though bc I find myself craving healthier stuff!

I understand, I'm only two months out and experiencing the same thing in the foods I'm able to eat. It sucks though, because I'm so limited as it is right now and I don't like half of what I am able to eat. I used to love it :/

My sentiments exactly! I was a Krispy Kreme donut addict....like a crackhead to cocaine! Hubbie bought some in the house and I was not remotely interested! Now that's amazing. In the old days...I would eat 8 in one sitting so something has changed.....Lord let it be like that forever!
