I have a question

22 days post op..I can only have egg whites which I eat once twice a day. Cottage cheese and ricotta cheese.I don't eat that..soup of course.tomato usually..chicken broth too. Jello and pudding..protein shakes with Greek yogurt. My question is: every time I eat the egg whites I hear like a gurgling noise in my chest after im done eating...is is this normal?
