protein-induced pimple breakout?

I have noticed this before, and the last time I posted nobody responded. There are certain protein powders, that give me terribly painful pimple breakouts. Does this happen to anyone else?

Just when you depressed me, pimples into old age, you cracked me up, like a calf at a rodeo! LOLOL!

I've never had it happen to me, but a quick web search turned up all sorts of links. I used "pimples from protein powder" to start the search. Good luck.

Looks like the only help you could give yourself and still take in Protein powders is staying up on removing the oilyness of your skin. I would guess that you probably stay at your skin regimen already. My mother had pimple breakouts well into old age, I don't.

You said certain protein powders give you problems. That may be a break for you. Experiment and conclude which ones get the job done and still leave you smooth.

Walmart protein powders bind up my bowels like a calf at a rodeo. The higher priced ones I order from the web don't.
