Juicing and smoothies

I was wondering if anyone that has the sleeve juices or makes smoothies with the ninja or nutri bullet. I am almost a month post op and I juiced prior to lose my required weight for surgery. Do you know how soon I can start juicing and drinking smoothies? I felt so much energy and also the nutrition benefit. It helped me to lose 20 lbs pre op. Any input would be helpful. Thanks in advance.

I started juicing as soon as I came home from surgery, but I used a fine mesh strainer because I couldn't tolerated the little pieces of veggies. (I think the kale was the culprit.) I drank the juice instead of Water the first few days when I was still just taking sips. I figured I was taking in only about 100 kcal/day in juice and I think it helped me feel better sooner.
