Food/Nutrition Journals?

So my surgery is this Weds. (May 1st) And I'm just wondering if there are any printable food/nutrition journals geared specifically for bariatric patients. Ive found some but they are just general ones.

Well i guess maybe more focused on protein and liquids right now? Im just determined to be successful and was thinking if there were some geared specifically for bariatric patients but maybe it doesnt matter?

I use the Daily Plate on Livestrong. There's a place to track fitness & fluid intake. The exports, which you can then print, will show your protein & fitness, but it doesn't seem to show the water.
