I know people have mixed feelings about Jerky. It's good Protein per oz, but it has loads of sodium. After searching high and low in every supermarket around, I think I've found the best in terms of sodium.
It's Sprouts brand turkey jerky. It packs a modest 270 grams of sodium per oz. It even beats Whole Foods which is 380 (I think) and the next runner up Oberto which is over 400. Some of the worst brands come in at 660 or more.
This is the best I've found from a commercially produced product.
