Exercise whoas

I don't know what I did but both ankles are swollen and sore and my left shin muscle closest to my foot is super tender.

are you running? I would give yourself a break for a few days and make sure your sodium intake is down. Try lots of Water today to see if you can "flush" your system.

If not I would get to a doctor, doesn't sound right.

Good Luck

Give yourself a few days' break until you're healed up. It sounds like maybe you're pushing too hard. Alternate heat and ice for the tender muscle and elevate your feet for the swelling. I injured a rib a couple of weeks ago and still can't figure out how I did it, so I understand the mystery injury thing. :)

Thanks. Ya I am taking it easy for a couple days and upping my water intake.

You may need new shoes. I had the same problem from walking/jogging. I went to a store called Fleet Feet and the sized me and watched me walk to tell me exactly what I need. I haven't had a shin splint or ankle problems since.
