Stall-a-palooza

What do you consider to be a stall? How far along are you in your sleeve journey and how many stalls have you had so far? When did you have them? How long did they last? What managed to "break" them for you?

I am 11 weeks post op and think I've been in my first official stall. In the last 3 weeks I have only lost a single pound. I am working out at least 3 days a week, am getting about 65-70 gm Protein and over 64 oz Water. I'm not freaking out yet, am still losing inches, but wondering how long these things last and if there is anything I can do to break the stall quicker.

Since I am a self-professed data ***** here are all my stats from preop to now including measurements, maybe some of y'all will relate: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AtW90JQQyIegdG1wZFpQemNDZTkxR1lodDRzdnoyaEE#gid=0
