Anyone have a 10cc band with more than 8cc in it?

9.5cc in a 10cc band and another fill in 2 days.

Just wondering, why do you have so much in there? Did you start off with 1 or 2 cc and keep it that way for a while, and then add more slowly, or was it alot put in at one time? I just had my first fill. He put in 4cc on the first time because he had a difficult time finding my port opening and wanted to be sure he put enough in there in case next visit he can't find it again. I went 2 visits before he could locate the opening, Even with the ultrasound he couldn't find it. Then a last attempt try, and he got it. He says my port was tilted.

Doc put in 4cc during surgery, then 4cc at 6 weeks post-surgery, then 1cc the next month, then .5 the next month and then .5 the next month. He did not give me a fill at my monthly visit last week but I know I will need one next month. I can tell a difference but I really am not "restricted" yet.
