Need ideas

I'm going back to work on Wednesday. 6 weeks PO so I'm allowed anything. I need ideas for portable snacks. Have a fridge but don't always have time to get there (I'm a nurse and work 12 hour shifts). Any recipes or suggestions?

If you're cleared for nuts, 100-calorie packs of almonds or almonds and walnuts. Laughing Cow lite cheeses (seem okay at room temp for several hours). Protein bars. Protein powder and Mio and a shaker to mix protein shakes with water. Beef jerky if you eat meat. Greek yogurt for the fridge.

Thanks TES

Nuts, for sure. I also snack on beef jerky and pork rinds, but you may want to ease into those. It can be hard to digest the jerky especially so soon after being "cleared". Shelf stable sugar-free pudding would be great and definitely easy on your new tummy.
