DIARRHEA ?

Help anyone! Had another bout with terrible runs. Could not make it to a rest room and went all over myself and the car (sorry if too graphic). It took me 11/2 hour to clean up myself, my shower, my clothes and the car. This happened to me just 3 days ago. Usually after I eat no problem. It is after I drink an hour later that brings this on. But today no drink just a little exercise about an hour after I ate and bam. Is this happening to anyone else. What have you done for it?

What are you eating?

Sorry to hear that happened to you.

When were you sleeved? If you are still in the liquid phase, that's a side effect (liquid in/liquid out)

Could it be too much fat/carbs in your diet?

Does it make a difference what/how much/how fast you drink? Or what/how much you had for your meal?
