Heartburn every day!!

Hi! I've been banded a little over a year, I have no problems or regrets, the only thing is that lately I've been experiencing heartburn just about every day!!!! I chew a TUMS and I'll be fine, I just don't want to have to rely on TUMS forever. Any suggestions are welcomed, BTW, I don't eat spicy or fried foods, so it can't be that.:help:

VanesaV, in my experience low heartburn has been the portent of inflammation, which on two occasions has meant a complete unfill for me. Stay on top of it, and be very alert to any changes. If it responds to Tums that's great, for now. Please be careful and pay close attention; absolutely call your doctor if it doesn't go away or seems to be getting worse.

Good luck!!
