So here is my question...and go easy on me, I'm new.
.
I am planning a June 3 VSG surgery. My 10 year old plays baseball and has a tournament the weekend of June 22 (ish). It is, historically, REALLY HOT during that time. If getting your fluids down at the rate the doctor wants you to is a real problem (as I have read multiple accounts and seen many vlogs indicating), how do I protect myself from dehydration?
I don't mind missing practice, but I don't miss my guy's games! Thoughts?
