Stalled and Frustratred...Please help!

Im new here, and opened up an account because I find myself getting depressed, frustrated and anxious. I was sleeved on the 8th of January, 2013 weigh in at 227. As of today my current weight is 193. Yes, i was excited and happy when I hit ONEderland :) I thought I was on top of my game and ready to conquer my sleeve. But that was 1 month ago. I have been stuck at 193 like a broken clock...simply ticking back and forth. It's really frustrating because it is not my first stall. Before this one I broke my last stall when I hit Onederland. Is this normal? Am I doing something wrong? Someone, anyone...PLEASE HELP!

Yes you are doing fine. :)

If you are really worried you can try to change up your diet and/or exercise. Less carb or carb out, no exercise or massive exercise... Shock your body into losing again.

A day or two and usually I can talky body into losing again. Just don't make the bad habits your habits :)

Thank you so so much. I really needed someone to reassure me that I'm okay. But someone that has actually gone through this...not my husband that just tells me things to make me feel better.
