Dehydration and hunger

I am 14 months out, I have dizziness issues as well and just feeling weird. My blood work was great, so I know it's not that. sometimes I wonder if its dehydration as its difficult getting the fluids in. I also feel hungry ALL OF THE TIME and can never seem to eat enough to overcome that feeling. It's difficult to cope with. Down 70 lbs and life is much better, but still there is this annoying struggle to feel really good. Anybody else feel like this?
