First PB

Hey all,

I had my second fill last week. I have restriction for the first time and still getting use to it. Before it was as if I had'nt a band...now it's a whole different story!!

I was hungry this morning and ate too fast. I had my first PB. AT first I felt a hrrible pressure and could feel the food trying to move into the stomach. It came in waves and I would burp, find a second of relief until it tried again. Finally, up it came.

Now, what is the protocol after a PB? Anything I need to do?

Thank you.

Go onto liquids for 24 hours, and then try slowly with soft foods, to see if it is better. You don't want to set up a cycle of irritating the stomach and causing swelling, which will lead to another PB...thus the cycle. Several on here swear by Aloe Vera Juice to sooth and heal the stomach.

I hope you feel better soon. My 2nd fill got me good restriction too---I have not had to have another since July!!! Hope you are as lucky!
