So I keep reading on here how GasX helps with gas pain. I am struggling to find documentation on how GasX helps absorb the Co2 they pump in you. Most of what I have read on line states that it is actually pain from nerves being displaced in the diaphragm due to the pressure of the Co2 and is not actual gas.
So do the GasX really have a medical benefit or is this more of a placebo effect?
