Vegan

Is anyone a vegan? I am almost three years out and watched forks over knives. The whole Protein thing has me concerned?

Watched the same movie recently too, and another one by the Animal Rights Foundation in Florida (ARFF) titled "101 Reasons to Go Vegan".

I have been vegan for just a week now. It's so effortless with the help of my sleeve since I don't have any cravings or obnoxious hunger pangs. I'm almost 7 months post-op and I'm still losing - currently at 148 lbs and live with my family. They're very traditional and think restricting my food intake is already enough. Restricting my choices is just outrageous, in their opinion.

Would love to talk more about this with you, and hear your thoughts to see where you're at. Message me your number if you would like and we can text and become support buddies! :)
