Sometimes I'm an introvert. I do better with one1to1one communication. Some would probably think I was quite boring, but sometimes I'm just to busy listening, and can't put my thoughts into words.

I was an introvert, but now I find myself approaching more people and starting conversations than I used to. Before, I'd have crazy anxiety at the thought of approaching someone. I even find myself complimenting people--I never would have done that.

I use to be very social and outgoing. Once I got back from deployment I craved time to myself and became a loner. After so long I lost myself and ate away my feelings. One day I woke up and realize how out of control everything in my life got. Especially my weight and bad eating habits. Now that I don't go out much because I feel uncomfortable in my body. I know this surgery with me get back to the old me.
