Finally made the chocolate protein balls yesterday they are really good! I added some sugar free maple syrup in place of the water! Has a good taste and hit that sweet spot just right!

It's been posted before but I cut it in half because I wanted to try it first before making a larger batch. I thought this was really big enough for me.

oatmeal ( not instant) 1/2 cup

chocolate Protein powder 1/2 cup ( I used powders?utm_source=BariatricPal&utm_medium=Affiliate&utm_campaign=CommentLink" target="_ad" data-id="1" >unjury powder)

Peanut Butter 1/2 cup ( I used chunky Skippy)

sugar free maple syrup ( enough to make mixture come together)

Splenda sweetener packets 3

Heat peanut butter in microwave until warm. Add the oatmeal, Protein Powder and Splenda mix together with a spoon or fork. Add enough sugar free maple syrup to make the mixture come together so you can roll it into balls. I made them about an inch and got 12 balls out of this recipe . I still have to figure calories and protein amount.

Refrigerator or freeze in airtight container.
