Ok, so today I go for my first fill. I have to say that I am nervous. Yes, I am a very big wimp! This is crazy but I really don't know how my doctor does his fills. Wish me luck!!:peep:

Good Luck Ashlee!!! Most of us have had it done and survived to tell about it!! My first one was more difficult, I ended up being poked more times than I wanted, it was not done under fluoro...but he found it, and the 2nd was easier. Have not needed a 3rd yet...and all is well. I believe even with the multiple pokes, the anticipation was the worst of it!!! You will be fine...come back and let us know how it went!!! You are on your way!!!

You will do fine. This is a fast procedure and pretty painless. I have mine under fluro. I don't get any numbing shot or cream before. It's over before you know it. The trick is to not eat solids on the day of the fill and go on liquids/mushies for a few days afterwards. Pamper yourself as everyone reacts to a fill differently. The procedure itself is no big deal.
