Aww sweetie its gonna take a little while. I was sleeved 1/28 and I still am uncomfortable. The sore arms and chest will be gone in a few more days but my back is still not feeling good. I just prop myself with pillows to get comfy. Try some Tylenol and a hot herbal tea to relax before bed. Good luck my dear. :)

I was sleeved on feb 5 as well. I am experiencing the exact same problem! I feel good during the day but cannot get comfortable to sleep! Im glad to hear I'm not alone. I am still having to take my pain med just to get any sleep. I don't have to take it during the day at all. I just hope each day it continues to get easier.
