One way to know...

your banded is when sodas actually expire because nobody drinks them. I just threw out four 2 liters of soda. I never knew it expired. hehehe

You're banded is when you have to write expiration dates on all the "to - go" boxes in your fridge!!! My refrigerator is full of them!!!

Yeah we had that problem, thankfully hubby is also banded and the 2 year old eats enough to share a typical resturant meal 3 ways.. :hungry: We call it the mini-buffet.

You know you are banded when you can eat ONE small size candy bar and be content (compared the half of bag before banding).
