11 weeks out

Down 76 from starting weight, 70 since preop diet and 52 since surgery. Absolutely no issues. Never had pain or gas or reduce. I'm lucky. Dont really have a lot of restriction but I'm never hungry.

I'm 6 foot 3 315 right now so I'm shooting for about 230 as my goal. Ill have to see how that looks on Mr and go from there.

Feels weird saying that since I don't remember being as light ad I am now in 20 years. The sleeve is a blessing.

I pray I have the same situation! Good luck nice to read positive feedback!

congrats! I am only 3 weeks out and down about 19 lbs, feels good. Feels good to feel good doesnt it? I have not regrets, yet. I am sure once I get used to the routine and the mental part of my love and desire for food, I will be all the more happy!

Congrats thus far!
