HELP.... TIred All the time!

I am 17 days post op and soooo tired all the time. I started back to work Monday and can't make it through the day. I am falling asleep driving home. How long does this last?

By my 4th week I was feeling pretty normal. But up until then, I was exhausted every day. Getting up and walking for a few minutes helped some. Finally I started sipping on coffee at work, that helped a little.

Someone else suggested coffee. Then coffee it is. I will start today :).

Whoa on the coffee to start, you will need to add that is some small doses first - trust me.

Consider a nap at lunch...or, seriously, pull off the side of the road and move around a little - you might be experiencing a chemical imbalance that has nothing to do with tired...see if you feel that way when doing other, low-key repetitive sitting 'stuff'.

Never fight drowsiness in your car.

Good luck.
