eating slow?

Anyone have any tips on eating slower. For some reason this is the hardest thing for me to adapt to.

This is a big issue for me also. After years of wolfing down something when I had a chance at work or out of habit when my kids were small. I have found I do better when there are no distractions around ....just me and the food. This also makes it easier to focus on small bites, chewing each bite slow and I try to count to 60 while I chew before going to next bite

You are not alone ! I have to tell myself to slow down ! I have the same issue with trying to sip water
