Pre-op shakeups

I start my one week pre-op next Tuesday and I want to rock it! So is there anything to help make these things taste doable? Any particular syrups to add in? Can we add in sugar free pudding for flavor? I'll take all the help I can get. I want to do fantastic!

Your mindset going into it is a HUGE benefit. I loved having my chocolate shake mix with warm milk and Torani sugar free peppermint syrup. Best of luck to you! You'll do fine!!

I like chocolate Protein powder mixed with coffee and a quarter cup of milk and some vanilla extract.

Also I like to do one scoop chocolate Protein Powder, 1 cup milk, a handful of ice and a teaspoon of instant coffee and blend it. tastes like a yummy frozen coffee drink

I also like some powdered ginger mixed with strawberry protein powder and milk.. gives it a nice "zing"

The time will FLY by.

That whole "last supper" mentality has affected me I guess because I have gained like 7lbs. I hate that.

I've been the same isn't it strange how we want to lose weight yet binge eat just before so we can lose it couple weeks after surgery. We fat people are strange food junkies ;)
