Lean Shake

Just got some samples from GNC 25 grams protein but 200 calories and 17 carbs. That's high isn't it. Would this be a wise protein mix? Advice please?

Try Syntrax Nectar dounle stuffed cookie and chocolate truffle

If your program calls for low carb that shake might it be the best for you.

I my Dr asked me to stay low carb early on. I like EAS myoplex whey protein powder in chocolate. 7g carbs, 150 cals and 26g protein per serving.
