I am 15 months post op, and what a wonderful journey it has been.
My life has changed so much and I feel better than I have in years.
I have lost 201 pounds as of yesterdays visit with the Doc.
6"2, 225 pounds now. Now that I am at my personal goal, I have noticed that with exercise, and the changes my body has gone through, the port
is now pretty noticable (to me), and asked the Doc what could be done to possibly reposition, or just close or seal the port. He said that sealing or removing just the port was not an option, however there was a "mini-port" available to replace the other one currently there. Has anyone else experienced this issue, and had this done? Suggestions, comments?
