Extreme fatigue

Can someone enlighten me about the difference between extreme fatigue from a leak vs not getting in enough protein.

Hi,

I have read that extreme fatigue from not getting enough protein could include dizziness, sleeping a lot, etc...where a leak fatigue happens generally right after a meal-you can have pain or burning in the stomach or back pain, shoulder pain, general feeling of unwell-if you suspect a leak always better safe than sorry.

Awesome! I have been a little nauseous yesterday and today therefore not eating too well so I am sure it's not enough protein as I am not having any pain... Thank so much!
