Why does my nose run when I am full?

I don't understand why my nose runs when I am full. Just curious if anyone has this happen to them. Do you know the reason why? Or is it just one of those lap-banding phenomena? Any light that can be shed would be greatly appreciated.

Do you think this can cause migraine headaches?? I used to suffer from terrible migraines, but I haven't had too much trouble in the last 10 years. That is untill I got my band(maybe just coincidence?!). Now I'm having at least 3 migraines a week. Anyone else having this problem?
