Great protein shake recipe

Okay so maybe some of you already know this but I just figured this out. I ran out of flavored shake mix and still had unjury unflavored left. So I decided to mix one scoop of unflavored unjury, 16 oz of water and 1 individual packet of sugar free hawaiian punch in the green flavor and it's awesome!! It tastes just like the syntax nectar products except has more flavor. Also, you are getting in 16 oz of water per drink. Instead of having to do a 4 or 8 oz shake then water. So it's a win win!! Also, I think that 16 oz helps to dilute the protein so that it doesn't taste as strong. :)

I mix the unflavored Unjury with my crystal light when I'm close to the end if the day and need to get more protein in for the least amount of calories. I like the idea of using 16 oz of water to dilute it more so will try that too. I agree that it's similar to the Syntrax flavors. I've also learned to let it sit a bit before drinking since it seems to help eliminate the initial smell it has if you know what I mean.
