I am 4 days post op and can't remember for how long am I suppose to be on clear liquids. I was on clear liquids 5 days before surgery, so it's been 9 days so far. I don't plan on progressing till I get clearance from doc but just wondering, for how long are your stages after surgery and what were they?

One scoop which is 25 protein and the yogurt had 5 protein ... So 30 total.... Tastes like brownie mix before you cook it lol
