Let's say a pa has worked under a Dr for several years assisting with 2000 surgeries and has even done 500 of these surgeries on her own now how confident might you be to allow her to be hour Dr and perform this surgery even with main Dr being there in case an issue arises?
Everybody has to learn their jobs and be left alone eventually, right?
