sleeved 11/27

I had my surgery on Nov. 27th 2012. I was in the hospital for one day. I was in a lot of pain after surgery which the doctor and nurses said was completely normal. After I came home I was on pain meds for about a week. Its been 16 days since my surgery and I've lost 9 pounds. The weight loss has suddenly stopped so I'm kind of bummed about that. Anyone else have this issue or is it just me?? I'm doing full liquids still. Appreciate all the input anyone can give!!

It happens, I was sleeved on the 20th. Lost 20lbs the first two weeks, the only a half pound in week 3 as I transitioned to purees. You body is going through some changes and is basically holding on to the fat. Make sure you are getting all your protein and water. Make sure you are getting all your vitamins as well. Start working out if you can, walking at least. it will start back, you just have to get the body to start effectively burning the fat.
