I have been having issues some days well not days it always seems so difficult to eat like it bothers me going down my throat no matter what I eat and than maybe if I'm lucky I will get a day where I can 3 meals a day I had to start drinking my protein cause I'm not getting it in by eating it so I was wonder if anyone else has these issues ...also I get constipated for 15 days st8 is that normal after wls?..

Are you drinking all of your water? I've been told that if you are not hydrated then it will be difficult to eat.

I am also about 4 months out and have a hard time eating also so I try to do to protein shakes and chicken are fish for dinner and try to get in my water but extremly hard
