Echocardiogram for Phen fen

If anyone could help me I sure would appreciate it. I recieved the results of my echo and they said my heart was functioning all within the normal ranges and that my valves all opened and closed correctly and there was no leakage but it was noted that one seemed stiff. It also said to follow up in a year or two. Then it said congratulations on your reassuring heart test.

I'm confused I don't know what this means. If anyone has any insight please let me know.
