What Was Uhc's Approval Process For Tx, Anyone Know?

I have United Health care Texas Plan and they provision Bariatric Surgery, I was just wondering if anyone else has used them in Texas and if so how hard was getting approved?

I have Golden Rule, which is through UHC. Unfortunately, they do not cover the surgery. PERIOD. However, my doc is looking at fixing my hiatal hernia and removing my gallbladder at the same time I get sleeved. The insurance WILL cover some of these costs. In the end, I will save about $3-5,000 from the initial cost of just paying for the VS surgery alone, out of pocket. WOOHOO!
