per a recommendation on this site i tried the trader joes chocolate protien shake and it was tasty tolerable easy on the calories and most important 35! ! grams 2 cans per day and your set. no mixing measuring its ready to drink if your on the go just grab and go im not able to intake a large volume of liquid at once so i have to drink mine through out the day but def rrecommend it costs $2.99

How many calories?

nice to know, I shop there every now and again since a few months back. they have fairly priced a ton of organic, free range and some nicely healthier stuff, a little gourmet for some of it too.
