Oh my goodness I cannot believe I am about to start my Pre-op liquid diet.
My surgical group provided me everything i could use during my 2week Pre-op liquid diet, all of my items came from the company Optifast.
Has anyone used these products how do they? Any advice on how to get through these two weeks?
I have gone through the "last meal syndrome" ... I ate everything I knew was my down fall, now that all of that is out of my system I dont think I will have a hard time.
But I'm worried what if its nasty Oh GOSH I dont know what I would do lol
