What is one serving and how many calories are in that serving? How many grams of protein and how many grams of carbohydrates? Is it fat free or sugar free or both?

Lol I usually get the fat free. But I don't think I'm going to touch it.

I had some yummy sugar free frozen yogurt from a local yogurt place around my 3rd week and I was so happy .............. until it occurred to me to really check the nutritional information. I was very disappointed that it had such little protein and so many carbs. Sure it tasted really good, but I'll be saving that treat until I am on maintenance.

That's what I was afraid of! I will live through you!

Haha!! I guess that's safer. I think just about everyone here has many lessons to share. We do learn from mistakes! (hopefully)
