Pumpkin Pie! Yum!

Today was the first day I was allowed protein shakes. I mixed a scoop of vanilla Syntrax with a tablespoon of puréed pumpkin and a teaspoon of dried pumpkin spice coffee creamer, put it in a blender bottle and shake. DELISH! Tastes just like pumpkin pie!

Yum thanks! Ill def try that! And I adapted the recipe when I saw we had pumpkin creamer but I know the basic one is pumpkin pie spice. Same idea. It made me feel all thanksgiving like lol. Like I'm not to much missing out on the season. Gonna experiment and see what I come up with!
