I hope you feel better soon!!!! I haven't had my surgery yet, but I called the insurance and they said its pending call thursday or fri. I have already stopped buying sodas. Sodas is my weakness to if I got it in the house. I do good at home but at work, I bring bottled water or gatorade. However, if I bring money on me, I will go get a pepsi lol.Its good that you don't have the taste for it anymore. I like the protein shakes. I drink at least one a day. The Whey protein mix. Choc mix with strawberry potein and add ice shake it up. Yummy!!! Better then a pepsi with bubbles lol. I was thinking of taking 4wks off. I believe I will stick to my orginal 12wks medical leave.I am older now, takes time to heal. I hope you feel better real soon...

I'm so sorry to read that you are having complications. What's going on besides the muscle spasms? Hoping you feel better very soon.

Uh oh, sorry to hear you're having some complications. I gave in to my craving for soda about six weeks after I was sleeved. It tasted totally different and I felt so bloated afterwards. I decided, never again! Keep in mind, I went from drinking 4 to 5 cans of (diet) soda a day to none at all. Now, my Crystal Lite is my drink of choice.

Hang in there, it will get easier as you adjust to the new diet. When you see the results, you'll know it was all totally worth it!
