Hair loss is going to happen, however; you can take precautions to slow down the hair loss, and help it regrow faster. I do the following: I make sure I meet my daily protein goals, I take a biotin pill every night, I use Nioxin shampoo, and I don't use heat or chemicals on my hair. I started taking biotin about week three, and have had some hair loss starting about month 3 I am currently 5 months out and I am seeing less and less hair loss. Don't freak out about it, it will grow back!

Thanks... I'm trying not to freak out (not doing an amazing job so far i know) my cousins have the same nut that I do and are taking what she sent me which is zinc + biotin+ nutricap and they have barely had any hair loss and they are in month 6 almost month 7 I think so I hope it works for me too!!!
