Two Weeks Post Op

OK! I'm very frustrated! I am on day 11 of my post op liquid diet (surgery 10/29). Md has me on 4 protein shakes a day and liquids. At first, I lost like a pound a day, then nothing in days. How frustrating to not eat any food and not lose?? Help! I have been reading a lot and it looks like the advise for those who stall is to up the calories, but it's all I can do to choke down the four shakes! Please tell me I'm not the only person to have this surgery and not lose weight... (I only lost 5 pounds during 10 day liquid diet phase..)

Thanks for any imput

I am pre-op, so I don't know how much I can help, but how many calories are your protein shakes. I know there a many different kinds and some are pretty high in calories. I'm sure the weight will start to come off, though!
