My pre op diet on Monday, I'm kinda enjoying my last days eating yummy.food n chewing... I have bought my protein drinks, propel,and sf jello n applesauce for my pre op are these.things ok?? The Dr wants me.to lose 10 lbs before my surgery on November 17th.. Can some one help me with some advice please....
