Loose Skin?

I'm a day short of a week post op!! I'm Down 28.9 lbs (including liquid diet) I'm thinking about next week starting some strength training arms legs belly (maybe not as soon due to incisions) but I'm deathly afraid of the dreaded loose sagging skin... I was wondering if anyone of u have found exercises that help w that and have been successfull with!!! Please teach me!!!

You will probably have some loose skin, no matter what you do, but exercise helps some, as do a few other things.. If you do a search for skin tightening, you'll find a couple of really good threads about things you can do to minimize loose skin.
