Post Op Diet- Clear Liquids

My doctor's post op diet plan is a bit confusing. It says clear liquids 1-2 following surgery. Then it says 2 weeks following surgery, start the full liquids phase. It doesn't seem to be written clearly.

I know all doctors are different, but how long were you on clear liquids?

    Mine was written similar to that, I waited until today (6 days out) to try full liquids. My protein shake went fine, but the cream of chicken soup is causing some serious rumbles!
